The computer support specialist program (CSS), NTC’s 40th and newest IT program, prepares students for jobs that provide: computer technical support, assistance, advice, troubleshooting, training and documentation of computer users for hardware, software and systems. Sounds like an awesome responsibility, doesn’t it? Not to mention, NTC has partnered with UW-Stout in a two plus two agreement, meaning students complete two years at NTC and then transfer their credits to UW-Stout to receive their baccalureate degree.
